CPC's 175th Anniversary Gala Dinner

Join us on Friday, May 22, 2026 for CPC's 175th Anniversary Gala Dinner!

• Price per ticket: $175.00. *A portion of proceeds benefits the Legacy Campaign.
• Doors open at 6:30 PM and the program will begin at 7 PM. Cocktail attire. Guests will be welcomed and invited to join us for appetizers, drinks and dinner.
• Guests will be seated at tables of ten. A seating chart will be available as you arrive and volunteers will be available to assist you.
• We’re honored to welcome our guest speaker, Jeff Henderson, who will bring an encouraging and inspiring message for this milestone moment!
• The evening will conclude at 9:15 PM with prayer for the future of CPC. 

You’ll select your dinner entrée when you register. Our three-course meal will include one of the following options:

• Short Ribs (Braised beef short ribs with garlic mashed potatoes or parmesan polenta, and seasonal vegetables)
• Orange Bourbon Salmon (Atlantic salmon in a orange bourbon glaze served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables) 
• Chicken Picatta (Chicken breast in a caper-lemon cream sauce served with wilted greens and orzo pasta) 
• Rocco's Vegetarian Tower (layers of oven-roasted eggplant, zucchini, squash, and carrots finished with rustic marinara sauce)
